In order to be able to offer our products to you via our product portal at of VIEROL AG, Karlstrasse 19, D 26123 Oldenburg (hereinafter referred to as “VIEROL AG” or “we”) in the best possible manner we generate a customer profile. 1. Registration and collection of data

For the registration as a customer of VIEROL AG in the online shop and for opening a customer’s account we collect in any case the following data: name, e-mail address, invoicing and delivery address, turnover tax I.D. number, business registration and telephone number.

The collected data may be considered as personal data according to the German Data-Protection Law in certain cases. We utilize your personal data when and insofar as it is required for handling the order (e.g. delivery and billing purposes). In addition we only utilize your personal data in an anonymous form after receiving your express consent for market research purposes and for the customer-focused design of our website. 4. Transmission to third parties

We will only forward the collected data to third parties insofar as we are legally obligated to do so or if it is required to process the order. These third parties include the service-providers who support us within the framework of our business transactions and the online shop’s functions especially the transport companies and companies for technical maintenance of the fields of interaction, as well as VIEROL Corporation, VIEROL Asia Pte., Ltd. and VIEROL (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The processing of your data is also performed in non-European foreign countries, namely in USA, Singapore and China, as far as this is necessary to process the order.

5. Cookies and notes

Some of our pages at utilize “cookies” and “flash cookies”, i. e. small data files which are stored on your computer’s hard disc during a visit of the website. We use these cookies in order to store user’s preferences, so that our offers and contents can be adapted more precisely to the customers, to increase the efficiency of our pages or to increase the security of your customer’s account.
